Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the services provided by Arise and Shine Media ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, signing up for a trial, purchasing a Toolbox product, or activating any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Arise and Shine Media provides AI-powered communication and automation solutions designed for service-based businesses. Our platform combines a professional AI receptionist named Skyler with marketing tools, automations, and human support.
We currently offer three bundled subscription plans plus The Toolbox, which allows customers to purchase selected tools on a standalone basis:
Features, onboarding, support level, usage allowances, integrations, and availability may vary by product or plan and will be described on the applicable product, checkout, or onboarding page.
The Shield, The Shield Pro, and The Knockout are billed on a month-to-month basis unless another billing term is expressly selected at checkout. You may cancel at any time, subject to the cancellation terms below. There are no long-term contracts or early termination fees unless a different written agreement expressly states otherwise.

The Toolbox is priced per selected standalone product. Your monthly Toolbox total is the combined price of the individual tools selected at checkout.
Annual plans may be available at a discounted rate, including offers structured as paying for 10 months and receiving 12 months of service. All subscription charges are billed in advance unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Pricing is subject to change. Arise and Shine Media may update product, subscription, or Toolbox pricing from time to time. Updated pricing will be reflected on the applicable website or checkout page before it applies to a new purchase or renewal, subject to any notice required by applicable law. Pricing changes do not retroactively alter charges already incurred. If a displayed website price conflicts with the price shown in the checkout flow for the transaction being placed, the checkout price controls for that transaction.
The Toolbox allows customers to select one or more standalone products. Current monthly pricing for individual Toolbox products is listed below:
Toolbox products are billed monthly on a per-tool basis unless a different billing term is shown at checkout. Customers may add or remove eligible Toolbox products, and the monthly total may change accordingly. Any trial, promotional credit, discount, setup fee, usage charge, or special offer applicable to a Toolbox purchase will be disclosed on the applicable offer or checkout page.
We offer a 7-day trial on The Shield, The Shield Pro, and The Knockout when the trial is shown on the applicable offer or checkout page. If the subscription continues after the trial, the applicable monthly billing begins unless canceled before the trial ends.
Current welcome account credits for qualifying bundled subscriptions are: $25 for The Shield, $50 for The Shield Pro, and $75 for The Knockout. Credits are applied according to the offer terms in effect at the time of purchase and are not redeemable for cash unless required by law.
Toolbox trials, promotional credits, or discounts, if any, will be stated on the applicable offer or checkout page.
Arise and Shine Media operates an SMS communication program. By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS notifications related to your account, demos, lead activity, and service updates.

Our services utilize Artificial Intelligence to handle calls, qualify leads, manage scheduling, support communications, and perform other automated functions depending on the product selected. While we work to maintain high accuracy, you acknowledge that AI systems can occasionally produce errors or "hallucinations."

You are responsible for reviewing applicable call activity, transcripts, automations, settings, and business information to ensure accuracy for your business.
All technology, including the Skyler AI system, workflows, automations, platform architecture, templates, and related proprietary materials provided by Arise and Shine Media remain the exclusive intellectual property of Arise and Shine Media or its applicable licensors.
You retain ownership of your customer data, leads, call recordings, and business information generated through your use of our services, subject to applicable law and the rights necessary for us and our service providers to process that information to provide the services. Our handling of personal information is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
You may cancel an eligible month-to-month subscription at any time through the available account or support process. Unless otherwise stated in writing, service remains active until the end of the current paid billing cycle, and no refunds are issued for partial months of service. Removing a Toolbox product may change the recurring monthly total for future billing cycles.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
